"This pamphlet was printed or issued by the ESB for the Christmas of 1957. It is a collection of festive recipes by Maura Laverty. My mum Rosalie was a big fan of hers and I found it recently when looking through her cookbook collection. There's a lovely little letter written by Maura to the reader on the opening page. A Christmas Dinner Menu. And at the back, recipes which she calls 'Christmas specialties from many lands', this offers a selection from most countries in Europe, the United States, and Norway."
