" I bought it from the travellers. It’s a stone with a stone on top of it you put a handle through the centre, what I do is I put a sheet under it and feed the grains in the top stone then its turned by wooden handle, that grinds the grains, flower falls on to the sheet. I’m mad interested in it, if I make a loaf of bread I want to know where the grain comes from and who ground it. The stone ground grain is the best there’s no comparison with what you get in shops. I make bread this way for the flavour. I’m always looking for original flavour."
