"This was known in our house as the Protestant Cook Book! - (probably not PC now!) It was a book of recipes collected from Church of Ireland ladies and sold for charity. It shows how good these women were at making "something out of nothing". We often ate the Cheese Bake featured here but my mother spread Coleman's English Mustard on the bread first.
