"I remember eating Toffee Apples with my cousins at Halloween when they used to come from Dublin and visit us in rural Roscommon every year for mid-term break. I was telling my mother about the Blasta project this weekend after I heard about it on the radio and she dug this out of the press. It brings back great memories of my childhood and spending time with family."
